Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping or registering for classes at Take Up Code.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

If you have not already done so, please review our Terms of Service as there are conditions such as a breach of the Terms of Service that could result in your return or refund being denied.

Physical products

Our physical products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN), contact us:

  • By visitingĀ our Contact form and selecting “Request return authorization” as the subject

Send the product with its original packing and the RMA number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a physical product are refundable.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.

Digital products

We issue refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase completion of the product. Recurring or subscription purchases that are automatically processed will also only be available for a refund within 7 days of the original purchase completion. Recurring or subscription purchases may be cancelled at any time and it is your responsibility to make sure that you cancel before any additional payments are processed if you wish to cancel your subscription.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Live classes

We issue refunds for in-person or remote live classes within 7 days of the first day of the class. Refunds for recurring or subscription classes follow the same rules as for digital products.
